SUN Chun-yi, SHI Bin
Abstract379)      PDF (260KB)(255)

Considering the influence of surface roughness,by using the average Reynolds equation based on the average flow model, the teeth lubrication appearance of harmonic gear drive was researched further. The calculation relationship between tooth face pressure and oil film thickness was deduced, the numerical solve of shear films and squeeze films was computed, the curves of teeth minimum oil film was given. The result shows when the teeth surface roughness is enlarged, the effect of hydrodynamic pressure lubrication it caused is strengthened, the lubrication oil of teeth is saved easily, the enough oil film can be established.

SUN Chun-yi, SHI Bin
Abstract387)      PDF (175KB)(183)
The influences of torsion stiffness of harmonic gear drive considering crack were studied by use of fracture splits mechanics, the material mechanics and the system dynamics theories. The analytic calculation formulas of flexibility and stiffness coefficient on each member considering crack were deduced, the calculation methods of torsion stiffness were given and example enumerated. This method is simple and applicable to engineering calculation.

Grey Predication of Corrosion of the Oil and Gas Pipes Based on Fractal Interpolation Method
SUN Chun-yi, SHI Bin
Abstract359)      PDF (151KB)(207)
The fractal interpolation method based on affine transformation is a kind of method of fractal interpolation function by iterative function system (IFS). Through the derivation, the fractal interpolation function model was introduced. And a GM(1,1) model was established to predict oil and gas pipeline corrosion. Prediction accuracy and case analysis show that the result accords with the ideal. It indicates that when the original data is missing, grey prediction can still be used; it has certain practical value to take corresponding measures to provide reliable basis for preventing corrosion.
